Swiss Re in Munich
In December 2001 the architects Bothe Richter Teherani presented us with the keys to our new office building in Unterföhring near Munich.
It is a special building, an unusual one too. The time to completion of just 30 months posed a considerable challenge to all involved, especially since quality and attention to detail were prime considerations from the outset.
The futuristic building currently occupied by around 900 employees of Swiss Re in Munich provides ideal working conditions and is pioneering in the way it combines aspects of concentration and communication. On the one hand, the extraordinary architecture offers the spatial requirements necessary for team and project work within a single construct. On the other, sound-proof single rooms offer space for focused individual work.
Of course, our clients profit from the new building too. It offers space for special events, workshops, symposia and negotiations between experts.
