Stock exchange listing

Swiss Re shares are listed on the main board of the SWX Swiss Exchange and traded on the virt-x under the symbol "RUKN". In addition, on 1 February 1996, an American Depositary Receipts programme (ADR level 1, over-the-counter) was launched together with Morgan Guaranty Trust Company of New York. One ADR corresponds to one Swiss Re share.
